We were in town for the funeral of a very close friend. The location of the hotel was convenient both to the funeral home, his residence and other amenities such as restaurants and the Conestoga Mall. The hotel was recommended to us by another friend, who had stayed there last year. We liked the room, the bed & the location. We also enjoyed the continental breakfasts. The staff are friendly and helpful. A great place to stay!

The breakfast was good - hot and savoury as expected, with a decent assortment to choose from including eggs. the hotel was in a magnificent location, a short walk to Waterloo and St Jacobs area, with stores, restaurants, and parks nearby. - There is also a destination bazaar just 3 km away from the property.

Exceptionally nice and perfect position in KW area. Plus, walking distance to City of Waterloo Museum.

Its location is convenient and great very close to store and restaurants nearby, Easy to get in-and-out of, and restaurants and Conestoga Mall. The breakfast is warm and savoury served with yogurt and including eggs, as for instance.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay, the staff were incredibly nice and courteous, and the king room with a great bed was perfect for us.

Very close to St Jacobs and Mennonite country. Clean room and bathroom. Good free breakfast. Fresh whole wheat bread, fruit, yogurt, excellent coffee. Large spacious foyer and area for breakfast.
Our stay was not long enough to really get to know the facilities.

Our stay was brief but we were very satisfied. The bed was very comfortable & the room was spotless. We enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the price & the staff were very friendly. We would not hesitate to come again if necessary.

The room was brand-new and stylish, had central heating, an iron, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. the beds were very clean and the view was pleasant. the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, very close to City of Waterloo Museum.
